Progress bar issue

Question

I have one prgress page on which i had put timer control and timer tick event, after completion of running task progress page will close. Now i want to put progress bar on same page, like when we try to copy any files in Windows 7..i need same like winbase application progress bar and need to integrate into web application.can you please help me for same.any reference site or code than it will be very needfull to me.
