Authentication failed in call webmethod from jquer

Question

In here i call webmethod from Jquery Ajax.In the success function i saw there's a error called "Authentication Failed"

Just comment below line in RouteConfig file

 //settings.AutoRedirectMode = RedirectMode.Permanent;
