How to turn on Cocos2D CCLOG Debug mode?

However I do not get logs like this when I run my app in debug mode. Is there a way to turn this on using Cocos2D 2.0? And if so, how?

Add this statement to your PCH file:

#define COCOS2D_DEBUG 1

That should set the preference to turn it on.

to enable cocos debug , i add those lines in my Application.mk

 APP_CPPFLAGS := -frtti -DCOCOS2D_DEBUG=1 -std=c++11 -fsigned-char
 APP_OPTIM := debug
