How do I give a name to a form in ASP.NET MVC using Html.BeginForm()

Html.BeginForm(null,null,new{id="frm",name="frm})
Html.BeginForm(new{@id="frm",@name="frm})

<form action="/Main/Index/Id?name=Id" method="post">
