To open SQL Server Configuration Manager, in the Search charm, under Apps, type:
SQLServerManager14.msc
for [SQL Server 2017] orSQLServerManager13.msc
for [SQL Server 2016] orSQLServerManager12.msc
for [SQL Server 2014] orSQLServerManager11.msc
for [SQL Server 2012] orSQLServerManager10.msc
