WPF Binding to Items within a dictionary by key?

Question

i can bind to a collection item using index:

<TextBlock FontStyle="Italic"  Text="{Binding Path=Exchanges[0].Name}" />

but what about using a dictionary key?

Path=Exchanges['AMEX'].Name
