How to plot a big picture as some separated pictur

Question

I would greatly appreciate if you could let me know whether it is possible to plot a big picture like this as 12 (3 by 4) separate pictures or the following picture as 3 parts (1 by 3)?

Each separate picture should show some part of the big picture. In fact, it needs to be divided into some smaller parts to be printable on an A4 paper with more vivid and larger numbers.
