how do I delete rows in Yii?

$query = "delete from `user_login_hash` where `day`<> :date";
$command = Yii::app()->db->createCommand($query);
$command->execute(array('date' => date('Y-m-d')));

or

UserLoginHash::model()->deleteAll(
    'day <> :date',
    array('date' => date('Y-m-d'))
);
