I have about 30,000 zip codes, and i need to extract states. I tried CDXZipCode Trial, but it works only for 1,000 entries. Is there any good freeware?

Copy this csv file from this website into your workbook and then use VLOOKUPto lookup the state from the zip code. Given how easy this is, I don't see why you would want an add-in.
