它们都指向同一个问题，也有一些是（最有可能的一个插件），需要的最低版本的SDK 16，而该项目的最小值19的19的最低SDK版本由设置cordova-plugin-googlemaps插件。 你必须找出这些插件的要求最低SDK版本16，看看是否有可用的更新。
