但是你的问题似乎是，你有Cygwin的安装PostgreSQL的，因此pg_config脚本告诉使用/usr/include ，但在Visual Studio C编译器试图找到它在c:\usr\include ，而它实际上是在Cygwin下位于安装目录，如c:\cygwin\usr\include 。

一个快速和肮脏的解决办法是暂时复制你的Cygwin include和lib目录为C:\usr并再次运行点子。
