GridView控件不更新值(Gridview not updating value)

我试图让我的GridView更新SQL记录，但它没有更新的值。

如果我把一个断点，并期待在价值，我可以看到，是不是在价值的新类型。我不知道是怎么回事。

尝试绑定，如果(!IsPostBack)
