安装R封装问题(Problems installing R packages)

我设置了运行Gentoo新的笔记本电脑,并且希望安装R(因为我所有的我的电脑呢!)。

不过,我已经打了一个有点问题的,当涉及到安装软件包。

我第一次尝试:

并及时下载所有软件包及其依赖的。 不过,他们没有安装报告。

不是一个问题,我就安装data.table包,可惜...

而且也没有的,为什么安装失败的所有指示,所以我不知道如何去解决呢? 回溯()是不可用时。

GCC安装并配置为GCC-配置示出了输出(和,我可以从源没有问题安装其它软件的事实)。

Answer 1:

貌似data.table未安装运行在用户install.packages命令。 我认为这包裹.First在功能上if (interactive()) { }将是一般一个好主意。 否则,您需要安装data.table因为启动时加载的任何其他包install.packages运行.Rprofile文件开始时
