我会做如下修改。首先你的GET方法应该是这样的：

@RequestMapping(method = RequestMethod.GET)
public String showForm(@ModelAttribute("index") LoginForm loginForm) {
    return "index";
}

使用@ModelAttribute注解会自动把“指数”到模型的请求。

而你的POST方法的声明应该是这样的：

@RequestMapping(method = RequestMethod.POST)
public String processForm(@ModelAttribute("index") LoginForm loginForm, 
                          BindingResult result, Map model) {
