用户存在的查询是从验证检查没有与您试图注册相同的电子邮件地址的用户。 从未有一个INSERT查询，让您的用户永远不会被注册。

这可能是一个验证失败。 在这种情况下你的密码可能太短（默认设计密码长度验证需要至少为8的长度，你的是只有4）。
