I'm trying to generate the file from PowerPoint presentation or Word document using the Add-in as described here, using exactly the example code from getFileAsync(). I receive the PDF with correct document dimensions and number of pages, however all the pages are blank white. No text and background styling.
- Office version: 16.0.11001.20091 64-bit, Office 365
Does anyone had that problem? How can I fix it?
