rabbitmq traces 启动失败

问题:

3台集群docker部署，下面是错误日志，我用rabbitmqctl trace_on -p hospital启动的

我也碰到这个问题了，最后发现插件默认是使用 guest 用户，是因为把 guest 用户删除了，或者在配置文件里面使用其他用户
