和这里的错误：

SMTP -> ERROR: Failed to connect to server: Connection timed out (110) 
SMTP Error: Could not connect to SMTP host.

在许多问题有人提到让php_openssl extenstion这是在我的服务器启用。我使用PHPMailer的5.1版

也有我的服务器的25端口，简单的没有问题mail()函数工作正常
