我没有看到它上面的代码，但猜测你可能有你的gem 'sqlite3'在你的Gemfile的顶部，所以它是在各种环境中使用。因此它被排除在生产组的SQLite是不支持在Heroku。请尝试以下，这样就可以使用SQLite的开发和测试，然后在Heroku 皮克。
